New Executive Position Continues Leadership in Mass Timber Products and Services

December 11, 2024 – Vancouver, BC — Kalesnikoff Mass Timber is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Stiffman to a newly created role of Vice President, Construction Services.

In this new role, Andrew will be responsible for leading the lifecycle of all projects from initial discussions, planning and contracts with clients to ensuring the successful delivery and completion of projects. With the support of an exceptional team, Andrew will ensure that projects meet client expectations and company standards from start to finish. He will continue to report to Chief Operations Officer, Chris Kalesnikoff, in preparation for and beyond the launch of Kalesnikoff’s newest 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility that will open on the airport lands in Castlegar in early 2025.

Andrew joined Kalesnikoff in 2019 as Senior Business Development Manager. Through his exceptional understanding of construction and customer needs as Kalesnikoff expanded their mass timber offerings, he progressed to Director of Design and Construction before assuming the new Vice President position. Prior to joining Kalesnikoff, Andrew gained experience in real estate development, construction, and building science to achieve a fully rounded understanding of how building design and construction can be improved.

Kalesnikoff, which is a fourth-generation, family owned company celebrating its 85th year, opened its first mass timber facility in 2019. Kalesnikoff Mass Timber added further mass timber manufacturing capacity again in 2022, and now continues to expand its products, services and offerings with a new, third facility.
