Mass timber campus design

Mass timber will be used for the dining hall and community resource center in University of Washington Bothell’s New Residential Village, which is a pedestrian and bike friendly campus development.

Two levels of exposed CLT will be supported by Glulam beams and columns, with a double height upper dining level allowing for an abundance of natural light.

In addition to cross-laminated timber and Glulam products, Kalesnikoff is proving 3D modelling, shop drawings and hardware.
