We prefabricated Glulam beams and CLT panels for the University of Washington Tacoma.
Project details
This project uses timber on timber as well as timber on steel. It is a great example of a build that uses a hybrid system to take advantage of each material’s strengths.
In addition to supplying mass timber for the project, we helped with refining connection detailing and sequencing logistics.
When complete, Milgard Hall will be a 55,000 square-foot hub for engineering, business and innovation.
