Overview
Sonrisa Studio Apartments is a mixed-use multi-family housing development. We are providing mass timber for this five-storey affordable housing development in the heart of Sacramento. The project will include retail space and 58 studio units.
Project details
The exposed Cross Laminated Timber ceilings and feature shear walls, along with exposed Glulam beams and columns, highlight the biophillic design benefits of mass timber.
