Located in downtown Sacramento, CA, these 3-story apartment buildings contain 148 studio units. Each unit features a 12’ high exposed cross-laminated timber ceiling.
Project Details
The buildings consist of 3 stories of 3-ply CLT floors supported by a Glulam column and beam structure. Machining included pre-cut Gulam beams and columns, custom panel sizing and daps cut for spline connections.
