Project overview

Our mass timber will be incorporated within Humber College’s Cultural Hub Complex. This mass timber college building was designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification.

Project details

This project includes:

• a 320-bed student residence,
• a 150-seat music performance hall,
• a cafeteria,
• a dining hall,
• a gymnasium,
• classrooms,
• faculty offices, and
• ensemble rooms.
