Kalesnikoff provided the mass timber for this residential building, including Glulam columns and beams, and Cross-laminated roof panels, and shear walls. Mass Timber was chosen for the community center because of it’s design aesthetic which offers residents comfortable, healthy, and sustainable buildings to enjoy.
