Project details
A first of its kind, this project will be a 161,000-square-foot industrial building in the 157-acre Southfield Park 35 in Dallas.
Our cross-laminated timber is being used in place of the concrete tilt-wall panels commonly used in industrial warehouses. Read more about the benefits of using mass timber over concrete in this project on Timberlab’s website.
We’re pleased to collaborate with Timberlab, Clayco, USAA Real Estate, Seefried Industrial Properties, PDMS Design Group and Hunt & Joiner Inc. on this mass timber warehouse and look forward to its completion in the spring of 2023.
