The mixed-use commercial and residential building at 550 E Broadway in Vancouver, BC will feature exposed sections of mass timber, which is a 5-ply SPF CLT.
In addition to CLT, Kalesnikoff is providing 3D modelling, shop drawings, steel connectors, hardware, fasteners and splines for the project.
