Q: What is your job title?
A: Loader Operator
Q: How long have you worked at Kalesnikoff?
A: 3 years
Q: Why Kalesnikoff? What do you love about it here? What do you think makes us different?:
A: There are lots of reasons why Kalesnikoff is great! A couple things that really stand out for me is that everyone always has a really great attitude which makes coming to work that much better and employees are treated great. What I think is really cool is that we offer the opportunity for growth within the mill internally first, before posting jobs externally.
Q: What inspired you to do what you do?
A: After running forklift for a year, my interest really grew and I wanted to learn how to run bigger machinery. With the power clam and wheel loader being at the top of my list of things I wanted to learn, I jumped on the log yard opportunity that came out. To this day, I am still so happy that I applied.
Q: Outside of work, where can we find you? What do you like to get up to on the weekends?
A: Outside of work, you can find me camping, off-roading up the mountains and hanging out with my family and friends!
