Adera Trio is a 59-unit apartment made with cross-laminated timber (CLT). The multi-family building will feature 3-ply CLT floor panels spanning 6 floors. Roof and elevator shaft panels will be made with 5-ply CLT.
Kalesnikoff is providing 3D modelling, shop drawings, hardware, splines and mass timber for this project.
