Overview
Located on Vancouver Island in the city of Langford, Rockford Place Apartments is a two-building, six-story mass timber development with ground floor commercial spaces.
Project Details
The two buildings consist of 6 stories of 3-PLY CLT floors supported by a glulam column and beam structure. Machining included pre-cut Gulam beams and columns, custom panel sizing and daps cut for spline connections.
